Data Scientist Vlad Yashin returns to the show from Hamburg, Germany. He shares stories and perspective on the war in Ukraine going on. He's originally from Belarus, which borders both Russia and Ukraine. Vlad and Rich discuss the fragility of human life and in order to create change individually and in our communities, we must take small steps, visualizing life more as a marathon than a sprint. Vlad shares what excites him for the future. The two also discuss what they believe is the biggest threat to humanity: Underpopulation.

Cousin Frank and Rich recorded on the farm in August. Much happened in their lives since the previous recording in early June. They discuss the gunmen encounter, where three guys with Uzi guns assaulted and robbed Rich, and the processing of it since. Cousin Frank, having continually to battle cancer, shares and agrees that something so terrible can be turned into a positive and reveal the greatness inside the individual. The two talk technology, family, and much more.

In the summer of 2020, Brandon Ovalle, Felipe Hernandez, and Rich would visit latin restaurants weekly. The gang is back together at Garcia's Mexican Restaurant in Lincoln Square, Chicago. Brandon and Rich share what their favorite places were. Rich shares the story of how he got into drinking mojitos in Spain. The two talk soccer, including Rich's El Clasico experience in Barcelona.
